..first off, hi folks. Im new here, and have really enjoyed reading all of the great information here. I hope ive posted this in the right forum.

Im doing a pressed table project and want to change the color of the slurry to fill the cracks with. Ive done something like this before and the different colored slurry material stained the original color a bit. Would it be wise to seal the original pressed piece before slurrying? ...and if so, what kind of sealer would be best?

..thanks very much,
