I would like to ask for help as I need to decide which polisher to buy. One of them is Flex LW802 VR model:

that has the option that allows to regulate the scales RPM.

The second model is Flex LW1202 model that has the constant turnover (1750 rpm)

Taking costs into consideration the LW 1202 model is better for me. But it has to constant turnover of 1750 and I am not sure if they will be enough to polish the concrete

Thank you

The 1202 is a great unit....one of my favorites and is very robust.  I find 1750 RPMs to work well with concrete and can run larger pads.  Disadvantage is it is heavy and if polishing edges it can be cumbersome.

We don't have the 802 in the states but looks similar to the 603 which we do and is also very nice.  There are times I am happy to have variable speeds and a slightly lighter polisher.

Are you suggesting that the 603/802 model is better than 1202 because it is lighter and it has variable speed?
I don't know why Flex'spolishers are so big. Alpha polishers are much smaller.
I have taken a look at Metabo polisher, too. It is small, it has the variable speed and you use 5" pads.
