Hi Justin, just saw your comment. I have email notifications turned off for this forum, so I have to go to my page to see the comments. 

I'm staffed ok for now, and tbh, your friend is raising a big red flag for me. I don't want to train my future competition, especially since we do things very differently and I think much more efficiently than traditional gfrc shops. The people I hire have no interest in doing what I do as a career, they're just engineering co-op students who don't want a desk job.
