Microsilica is very thirsty, unfortunately it is also very effective. Lately I've been going very light on the microsilica, and having some fly-ash in there as well to make up the rest of the pozz load. Fly-ash improves flow.

If your using E3/2K though, you don't have to get crazy low w/c ratios. From what I hear anything under 0.4 is OK when using E3/2K
