What may cause that a lot of sand bounces off from the mould? I have changed the Air pressure, airflow, W/C ratio. Can that be cauesed that I have not used acrylic polymer?

I have never had NEG AR 1/2 inch fibreglass before. I want to ask if it is normal that separate fibres are od diffrent length? Or maybe the fibres are cut out from roving?Please see photoThank youContinue
