Jason Cox replied to John Bass's discussion Any experience with track saws
"I have a Makita track saw and a Festool and to be honest I'd buy the makita again as it's way cheaper and rides on the same track if you like.  The Festool blew up in 1 year and my makita is still going."

Jason Cox replied to Jason Cox's discussion Question about scrim

Russ Morgan replied to Jason Cox's discussion Question about scrim
"Scrim is more for GFRC than wet pour. We've done tests using both in Wet pouring and found it didn't add any additional strength. I.e., Smashing pieces with both in it. Scrim sheared off and the laddur wire held everything together."
