Hi Kevin, thanks for the comments on the hearths. The latest one is my standard black, 7% loading finished with a urethane sealer made here in NZ, buffed down & waxed for a bit of extra protection. Would normally just put a penetrating/wax on but it had to match the benchtops which are done with the same urethane.
